The lift-off hinge B-1004-1-R (10564) connects doors or flaps detachably to a housing.

By lifting, the movable component can be separated from the fixed hinge part without loosening the fastening screws.

The left and right versions are designed for correspondingly hinged constructions.

The material SUS304 and the mirror-polished surface offer high corrosion resistance for kitchen, marine and outdoor applications.

Six countersunk holes allow for flush and low-interference mounting with M3 countersunk screws.

When two hinges are used vertically, TAKIGEN states a door weight of 15 kg as a reference value.

• Both hinge halves must be aligned so that the hinge pin can be inserted without tension
• Then the door or flap is placed on the hinge pin from above
• Finally, ease of movement, full engagement of the pin and tight fit of all screws must be checked
