The removable hinge B-1006-4 (10578) connects a door or flap to the frame and allows a smooth rotational movement.

Its centrally split plug-in design allows the movable part to be removed without disassembling the mounting screws at an opening angle of 90° or more.

This allows maintenance work, cleaning and replacement of doors or covers to be carried out more quickly.

The SUS304 material offers high corrosion resistance and is particularly suitable for humid, hygienically demanding or outdoor installations.

The bright drum polish provides a clean surface and facilitates cleaning.

When mounted vertically in pairs, the hinge is designed for a reference door mass of 3 kg (7 lbs).

• Then, the two hinge halves are plugged together at an opening angle of at least 90°
• Finally, it must be checked whether the door moves easily and both hinge axes are precisely aligned with each other
