Application example[/caption] The robust hex threaded bushing 8007601 is perfect for concealed screwing and particularly stable fastening of furniture, benches, and wooden components. The screw-in nut 8007601 features a cover rim for flush countersinking into the wood without a gap. The screw-in sleeve 8007601 has a self-tapping external thread ⌀10 mm for wood and an internal metric thread M8 into which metric screws or a threaded rod can be screwed, which enables a perfect, multiple, stable wood connection. The advantage of the screw-in nut 8007601 compared to a direct connection is that when using the screw-in nut you can disassemble and reassemble the piece of furniture several times without the connection becoming less stable. Especially with soft wood, the 8007601 screw-in nuts have a great advantage over wood connections with wood screws. This is achieved by screwing the 8007601 screw-in sleeve with its 10 mm diameter external thread into the wooden panel of the piece of furniture only once, where it remains permanently in place.
