The 2046369 pull-out table fitting enables a pull-out and subsequently foldable table or work surface, which is hidden in a furniture cabinet to save space.

With a pull-out length of 750 mm (29-17/32″), the system creates a generous additional surface when needed and remains almost completely hidden in the furniture when closed.

It is suitable for cabinet widths from 300 mm (11-13/16″) to 1200 mm (47-1/4″) with a minimum installation depth of 545 mm (21-29/64″), making it flexible for use in kitchen and living room furniture.

The load capacity of up to 60 kg allows for stable use as a dining, work, or storage surface.

A locking mechanism in the extended position prevents accidental retracting and increases safety during use.

The guide profiles made of extruded, stainless steel-coloured anodised aluminium combine low weight, corrosion resistance, and a high-quality appearance.

Installation:

• Fastening is done with 6x M6 x 12 mm and 4x M6 x 45 mm, as well as 10x M6 threaded inserts (not included in the scope of delivery)
• Mounting holes to be prepared in the wood: 10 holes with ⌀8 mm and 13 mm depth for the M6 threaded inserts, six of which are for fastening in the cabinet and four for the pull-out panel
• First, the furniture cabinet must be prepared with a width of 300 to 1,200 mm, an installation depth of at least 545 mm, and a free height of at least 110 mm
• Then, the table tops must be cut according to the module width L and the mounting holes created according to the specified drilling pattern
• The M6 threaded inserts are inserted into the ⌀8 x 13 mm holes
• The left and right guides are then fastened in the cabinet with the supplied M6 x 12 mm screws
• The pull-out panel is attached to the guide mechanism with the provided M6 x 45 mm screws and then connected to the folding panel
• Finally, the table pull-out is fully extended, the folding panel is unfolded, and the correct function of the locking mechanism is checked (for further details, see assembly drawing)
