The Hettich Veosys 105° is a corrosion-resistant stainless steel cup hinge for concealed furniture doors indoors and outdoors.

The integrated damping slows the door down when closing and ensures a quiet, controlled closing process even at low and high outdoor temperatures.

A self-closing angle of 35° supports the door closing automatically and increases ease of use.

Thanks to the clip-on technology, the hinge arm can be quickly and tool-free clipped onto the included Veosys mounting plate (height: 2 mm).

The face-mounting and depth are adjustable directly on the hinge, while the height adjustment is carried out via the mounting plate, so that the door can be precisely aligned.

Installation:

• The mounting is carried out with 4 x stainless steel chipboard screws with pan head, ⌀4 x 16 mm, PZ-cross slot, 9338501 (not included in the delivery scope)
• The hinge has 2 mounting holes in the hinge cup. First, a cup hole with ⌀35 mm and 11.5 mm depth must be made in the furniture door; then the two mounting points are prepared according to the drilling pattern TH 52 x 5.5 mm.
• The cup hinge is attached to the door with two pan head screws ⌀4 x 16 mm.
• Then the included Veosys mounting plate (height: 2 mm) is mounted on the furniture carcass.
• The hinge arm is placed on the mounting plate and snapped into place with the clip-on technology.
• Then the door face-mounting and depth are adjusted via the adjustment screws on the hinge, as well as the height via the mounting plate. (for more details see Installation drawing)
