Assembly:

• First, the furniture carcass must be drilled for the drawer slides; the slides are attached to the carcass with 3.5 x 16 mm screws or Euro screws Ø6.3 x 13 mm.
• Then the wooden drawer base is prepared according to the drilling pattern and screwed to the drawer sides using 3.5 x 14 mm countersunk chipboard screws.
• The back panel is then inserted into the frame and screwed in place. The back panel should be 60 mm (2-23/64″) high.
• Next, the front panel is attached to the drawer with screws (e.g., 3.5 x 16 mm).
• The finished drawer is then placed on the guide rails and inserted.
• The front panel is then aligned vertically by ±2 mm and horizontally by ±1.5 mm using an eccentric cam and then tightened with the screw.
• Finally, the two cover caps are attached (see assembly drawing for further details).
