The HG-TB45 torque hinge set consists of a left (HG-TB45L) and a right (HG-TB45R) hinge for symmetrical, horizontally mounted flap guidance.

Each hinge generates a constant torque of 4.5 N·m, allowing for stepless positioning of the flap within the appropriate load range.

Together, both hinges provide a nominal total torque of 9 N·m and distribute the load evenly on both sides.

The free-stop function holds lids, displays, or equipment flaps in the desired position without additional detents.

The mirrored left-right design ensures clean installation and stable, controlled movement in both directions of rotation.

The robust construction made of SUS430 stainless steel is particularly suitable for devices, furniture, and technical installations.

• Both hinge axes must be at the exact same height, horizontally aligned, and flush with each other
• For the necessary alignment clearance, the mounting holes must be made slightly oversized with a tolerance of C0.5 according to the manufacturer's specifications
• The vertical legs are securely fastened with M5 countersunk screws, and the horizontal legs with M5 pan-head or cap screws
• Subsequently, the flap must be operated over the entire range of motion, and its secure positioning in different open positions must be checked
